This house is sold as a bare house, which represents an ideal opportunity for those who want to complete their living according to their own ideas. The holodom offers full construction readiness – from the completed structure, roof, windows and doors to the utility wiring and preparation for technology. At the same time, however, it leaves room for individual interior solutions, choice of materials, finishes and furnishings according to personal taste.

We tailor the financing method to the individual needs of the client. The house can be financed from your own resources or through a mortgage loan, which we will be happy to help you with – from choosing a bank to arranging the necessary documentation. In case of interest, we also offer the possibility of gradual financing according to the stages of construction. Our aim is to make the whole process simple, transparent and stress-free.

The project is located in the picturesque village of Plavecké Podhradie, which offers quiet living in touch with nature and at the same time access to basic infrastructure.
