In the embrace of the Little Carpathians, at the foot of the majestic Plavecky Castle, a unique housing project is being built – Varalja Resort. A name that carries both the charm of history and the promise of modern life.

Varalja Resort consists of two quiet streets on which 21 houses are built. Each is designed with an emphasis on modern architecture, clean lines and practical layouts. We offer both one and two-story homes that meet the needs of families of different sizes and lifestyles.
Housing with
character
With an eye for aesthetics, purpose and long-term sustainability. The name of the project is a tribute to the land under the castle (“varalja” in Old Hungarian means just that), and at the same time a promise of a quality life in harmony with both nature and modern comfort.

A location that has a soul
Plavecnké Podhradie
Plavecké Podhradie is like a lace embroidered with nature and history. It lies in the heart of Záhorie, but at the same time it is a short walk from Bratislava and Malacky. It is a village that combines the silence of forests, the smell of meadows and the whispers of history. The Swimming Castle, just in sight, is reminiscent of the old days of knights, but from its hillside there is a magnificent view of life here and now.
In the surroundings you will find many hiking and cycling trails, forests rich in mushrooms, and places for family trips. And despite the fact that nature is so close, you won’t miss the availability of services and amenities.
The Little Carpathians will enchant you with a multitude of hiking and cycling trails that always offer a new experience. Whichever way you choose, you’ll return from every trip to your dream home with peace of mind and a fresh mind.

Plavecký Castle is a ruin of a medieval castle, which rises above the village of Plavecké Podhradie at the foot of the Little Carpathian Mountains. It was built in 13. century as a border fortress to protect the western borders of Hungary. Today it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region – it offers magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and the atmosphere of ancient times.

The reserve was declared for the protection of rare dry-loving and thermophilic plant and animal communities bound to the limestone bedrock, as well as unique karst phenomena. The area also has significant archaeological value and serves as a space for scientific research, environmental education and cultural and educational activities. Thanks to its natural and historical value, it represents an important element of nature conservation in the Little Carpathians.
